Bludgeon: Sexual relations are not under the protection of the domestic violence prevention law

In Case The People v. Pérez Feliciano, 2010 WL 3070021  the Court finds that mere sexual relations do not constitute, on their own, an emotional connection and therefore do not fall under the protection of the domestic violence prevention and intervention law.  (Puerto Rico, Court of Appeals, 2010-05-21)

The decision was taken by Judges:

  • Cintrón Cintrón
  • Aponte Hernández
  • Cabán García
